when will my order be shipped?
I’ll start working on your order as soon as I receive it and will typically have it shipped within 14 days. If you're purchasing during a sale or have placed a custom order, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be dispatched.
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. I currently offer four domestic shipping options:
Standard Shipping (tracked) - $9.65AUD
Standard Shipping (tracked, insured + signature on delivery) - $12.00AUD
Express Post (tracked) - $12.00AUD
Express Post (tracked, insured + signature on delivery) - $15.00AUD
International orders are shipped at the flat rate of $25.00AUD
You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Parcel delivery within Australia typically takes 2 business days for Express Post orders, and between 1-7 business days for Standard orders. International orders may take up 30 days to arrive.
Please note, all items are made to order. Express Post does not mean express production - rather, it is offered to minimise the amount of time your order spends in the mail system.
what is your refund policy?
As all items are made to order, I cannot accept returns if you change your mind.
I will, however, gladly adjust your purchase for you if you decide you'd like it tweaked– all you have to do is cover the cost of return postage. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Resize Request’ to initiate this process.
Similarly, if your item requires repair within two years of purchase, I will happily perform this service for you at no cost. Again, all you have to do is cover return postage. Email email@example.com with the subject ‘Repair Request’ to initiate this process.
will my maille tarnish or rust?
Wherever possible, I use apocalypse-proof stainless steel. It’s extremely durable and resistant to corrosion and oxidation. It will not rust, tarnish or turn you green – even if worn daily.
You may still wish to spruce your maille up with an occasional clean. The simplest way to do this is with a bit of mild soap, warm water and a microfibre cloth. This will clean off any accumulated pollutants and grime. For the tricky, hard-to-reach spots deep within the weave, you can also use a soft toothbrush.
why does my tee smell like vinegar?
You may notice a vinegar-like smell when you first unpack your tee. Fret not, it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. Wash and enjoy.
do you take custom jobs?
I try to take on as much custom work as possible (subject to the size of the job and how busy I am). Send me an email with your ideas to get the ball rolling: firstname.lastname@example.org x
